A focused tool for turning email archives into working spreadsheets.

Using the converter

Use files you are authorized to access and process. The converter works with local files selected on your device. It does not provide access to another person's account or mailbox.

What the output contains

The output is a derived working copy of readable email fields. It is not a complete mailbox backup. Attachments are listed in an optional manifest; their file contents are not exported. Message bodies can be limited to 32,000 characters, and unreadable messages may be skipped with a visible count.

Spreadsheet formula protection is enabled by default and can prefix certain field values with an apostrophe. This changes their spreadsheet interpretation. You can turn it off under More export options when you need unmodified field values.

Compatibility and availability

Email formats vary. The app cannot guarantee that every archive, header, attachment encoding, or damaged message will be represented exactly. Keep your source archive and check the preview and conversion counts for your intended use.

Processing limits depend on the browser and device. The current limits and supported file formats are described on the converter and help pages. Features and site access can change between versions.

Files and privacy

Source email archives are read locally. Standard mode creates downloadable files. Large-file mode writes to a file you select through your browser's save dialog. Your selected source files are not intentionally modified by the converter. See the privacy policy for the data-handling details.

Pricing

The Free edition has no conversion payment step. Pro is designed for a monthly subscription but is currently a private preview, with no subscription sale or renewal enabled. Access follows the site owner's sharing configuration.
