Are files uploaded?

No. Email conversion runs on your device. Read the privacy policy for details about website access and downloads.

Which file formats work?

Standard MBOX and MBX archives, individual EML messages, and the mailbox file named mbox in some Apple Mail exports. Extract compressed backups first. PST, OST, and MSG are not supported directly.

Can I convert multiple files?

Yes. Free accepts one file up to 1 GB. Pro accepts up to 200 files totaling 20 GB per conversion. They are combined into one spreadsheet. Add the Source file column to keep track of where each row came from.

What is the size limit?

Standard mode supports up to 256 MB of main CSV output and a 64 MB attachment manifest. Large-file mode in supported desktop browsers writes the main CSV directly to disk. Individual messages are limited to 64 MB, and body text is limited to 32,000 characters per message. Device memory and free storage still apply.

Do attachments come with the export?

The optional Pro manifest contains the filename, MIME type, decoded size, Message ID, and source file. Attachment payloads are not extracted. Standard mode can package the two spreadsheets in a ZIP bundle.

Can I search the whole converted mailbox here?

The Free preview contains the first 25 exported messages; Pro previews the first 100. Preview search only searches those records. Download the CSV to search the full export in a spreadsheet or analysis tool.
