Pro is a monthly subscription.

Pro is currently a private owner preview. Subscription checkout, pricing, and renewals are not active, and subscriptions are not being sold. The preview lets the owner test the premium workspace before launch.

What the limits mean

The 1 GB and 20 GB limits apply to the combined source files selected for one conversion. The 20 GB ceiling is a configured input limit, not a promise of identical performance on every device. Input is read in chunks. The large-file workflow needs supported desktop browser file access and sufficient storage.

Standard downloads are limited to 256 MB of main CSV output and a 64 MB attachment manifest. Pro can write the main CSV directly to disk instead. Individual messages have a 64 MB limit. Body text is capped at 32,000 characters per message in both editions.

Mailbox summaries are based on exported messages. Contact tracking is limited to 50,000 distinct addresses and sender tracking to 10,000 distinct senders. The converter reports when those tracking limits are reached.

About the .ai name

The current Pro preview offers premium archive-processing tools and local mailbox summaries. It does not claim to run AI extraction or send your messages to a model. An AI-powered feature would need its own clearly described behavior and data controls before launch.
