Gmail

- Visit Google Takeout and deselect all services.
- Enable Mail, then use “All Mail data included” if you want only certain labels.
- Choose a .zip export, create the archive, and unzip the downloaded .mbox files.
Outlook.com / Hotmail

Is there a limit to how many times I can use the tool?
You can submit multiple jobs. Each upload can be up to 20 GB, and you can start another conversion as soon as the previous one finishes.
Can I upload PST files directly?

What extras do the toggles add?
Thread IDs add Gmail’s X-GM-THRID value, message body adds the plain-text portion (trimmed to 32K characters), and attachments.csv lists filenames, content types, and approximate sizes.
How do I fix upload errors?
If you see a “file too large” message, the archive exceeded 20 GB. Split the export and retry. For “Not ready” download errors, the job may still be processing—wait for the status to show Done and refresh. Persistent issues? Contact support with the job ID.
